Online Application Steps:

- New User Registration: If you are a new user, register with your details (Aadhaar, mobile number).
- Fill out the Form: Select the service (Birth/Death Registration) and fill in the required details accurately.

Required Documents and Fees

Birth Certificate:
- Proof of birth (hospital discharge summary or an affidavit for home births).

Death Certificate:
- Proof of death (medical certificate of cause of death from the hospital).
- Identity proof of the deceased.

- 21 days to 30 days: ₹20
- 30 days to 1 year: ₹50
- After 1 year: ₹100
