The Dharani Portal is an integrated land records management system launched by the Government of Telangana. Its primary goal is to provide a single, transparent, and efficient platform for all land administration and registration services, merging the functions of the Revenue Department and the Registration & Stamps Department. The portal ensures the integrity of land records and offers a hassle-free experience for citizens.

Key Services and Features

• Land Record Search: View your land details by providing the survey number or Pattadar Passbook number. This includes ownership, extent, and land classification.
• Property Registration: The portal allows citizens to register agricultural and non-agricultural properties, including sale, gift, partition, and mortgage deeds.
• Automatic Mutation: After a successful registration, the system automatically updates the land records, transferring ownership to the new owner in real-time.
• Encumbrance Certificate (EC): Easily check and download the Encumbrance Certificate for a property to ensure it is free from legal dues or liens.
• Slot Booking: Book a slot online for property registration at a Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) or Tahsildar office, saving time and effort.

How to Use the Portal

To access the various services on the Dharani portal, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the official Dharani website.
2. Choose Your Service: On the homepage, select the service you need, such as "Land Details Search," "Registered Document Details," or "Slot Booking for Citizen."
3. Enter Required Information: Fill in the details requested, such as District, Mandal, Village, and Survey/Subdivision Number. For document searches, you may need the document number and year.
4. View and Download: The system will fetch the relevant details and display them. You can view the records online and download them for your personal or official use.
