Overview of Fard Kendras

A **Fard Kendra** is a citizen service center established by the Government of Punjab to provide easy and convenient access to land records. Managed by the **Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management**, these centers have digitized the entire land record system. Citizens can visit a Fard Kendra or use the official online portal to view land ownership documents, apply for mutations, and obtain certified copies of their records, commonly known as **Fard**.

Key Services and Documents

Fard Kendras are your one-stop-shop for a variety of land-related services:

  • Jamabandi (Record of Rights): The primary document detailing land ownership, tenancy, and cultivation details. You can view the Jamabandi online and obtain a certified copy.
  • Fard Copies: A certified printout of the land record, required for various official purposes like bank loans, property registration, and legal matters.
