About Gujarat Pensions

These schemes aim to support economically weaker citizens by providing a monthly pension through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Types of Pensions
  • Old Age Pension - For senior citizens above 60 years.
  • Widow Pension - For widowed women below poverty line.
  • Disability Pension - For persons with more than 40% disability.
  • Indira Gandhi National Pension Yojana

Eligibility
  • Applicant must be a resident of Gujarat.
  • Income should be within the prescribed limit (BPL or as per scheme).
  • Specific category (Old age / Widow / Disabled) as per scheme.
  • Age: Old Age Pension - 60 years or above.

  • Death Certificate (for widow pension)
  • Disability Certificate
  • Bank Passbook

How to Apply

Online
  1. Go to Digital Gujarat Portal
  2. Register / Login using mobile number & Aadhaar.
  3. Select "Pension Schemes" from Services.
  4. Fill form and upload documents.
  5. Submit and note the application/reference number.

Offline

Visit your nearest Mamlatdar / Taluka Development Office with documents.

Check Status
  1. Login to Digital Gujarat.
  2. Go to "My Applications" section. | " " ".
  3. Enter application/reference number to view status.
