  1. Go to the Digital Gujarat Portal .
  2. Register / Login with your mobile number or email.
  3. Select Birth & Death Certificate Services.
  4. Fill in details of birth/death.
  5. Upload scanned documents.
  6. Submit the application and save acknowledgment.

Check Application Status
  1. Login again at Digital Gujarat Portal.
  2. Go to My Applications.
  3. Enter your application/reference number.
  4. View the status or download the certificate.
